I’m a Georgia native living in sunny San Diego, a proud mom to my amazing son Jayce, and dog mom to my Frenchie, Koko Chanel. For the past 19 years, I’ve built a reputation in the beauty industry as a master cosmetologist — not just for creating beautiful work, but for helping women feel powerful in their skin, in their careers, and in their lives.

But my purpose didn’t stop behind the chair.

I realized very quickly that beauty, business, and self-belief are all connected — and most women weren’t failing because they lacked talent…

They were failing because their identity was outdated.

So I expanded.
